Alle Preise zuzügl. 11,5 % Tax.(6,5 % Tourist Tax & 5% Mehrwertsteuer)

Die Kosten für Endreinigung beträgt   200,- € inkl. 11,5 % Tax.

Für den Check In / Check Out berechnen wir 60,- € inkl. 11,5  % Tax.

Low season May 01 to October 31

in the low season minimum rental period 1 week

(shorter rentals are of course possible in the event of booking gaps)

The cost for final cleaning is 200,- € incl. 11,5 % tax.

For the check in / check out we charge 60,- € incl. 11,5 % tax.

Der Mietpreis unseres Ferienhauses ist ein Komplettpreis und enthält u. a. Hausanweisung und Betreuung durch unsere deutschsprachige Hausverwaltung, und Wasserverbrauch, P

Die Stromkosten werden nach dem tatsächlichem, abgelesenem Verbrauch des Mieters berechnet (nach derzeitigem Stand mit USD 0.22 / kWh inkl. Tax).

Die Kaution für Villa Jacky beträgt 500 € und ist mit der Schlußzahlung des Mietpreises fällig. Rückerstattung nach mängelfreier Übergabe des Hauses innerhalb von 4 Wochen.

Mindestanmietung Nebensaison 1 Woche / 7 Nächte,

Hauptsaison 2 Wochen / 14 Tage, danach ist eine tägliche

Verlängerung möglich. Die Anreise ist täglich möglich.

The rental price of our vacation home is a complete price and includes, among other things, house instructions and support by our German-speaking house management, water consumption, pool service and garden maintenance, bed linen, hand and shower towels.
Internet access DSL/WLAN is free of charge.

The electricity costs are calculated according to the actual, metered consumption of the tenant (currently USD 0.22 / kWh incl. tax).

The deposit for Villa Jacky is 500 € and is due with the final payment of the rental price. It will be refunded within 4 weeks after the house has been handed over free of defects.

Minimum rental in low season 1 week / 7 nights,

High season 2 weeks / 14 days, thereafter a daily extension is possible.
